The apartment is new, nicely decorated, and was comfortable for our group of 4. The kitchen was well equipped with utensils and appliances (I.e. full stove, dishwasher, full size refrigerator, pod-type coffee maker, toaster, blender). A stackable washer and dryer with laundry detergent was available. Both the living area and bedroom had large screen televisions. The queen size sleeper sofa was comfortable according to adult daughter and her 10 year old. The area has several nice restaurants in walking distance. A convenient distance from the Ft. Worth Convention Center took about 17 minutes to walk. My only suggestions would be to replace the portable countertop ironing board with a standalone one, and swap out the queen size bed in the bedroom for a king size. Overall we had a pleasant 6 night stay. Would highly recommend.
